Another important point while comparing cities to vacation locations is the population. As Istanbul being the most crowded city in Turkey, many young people relocate to Istanbul in order to benefit from the potential of higher earnings compared to suburbs. Besides young people who are looking to increase their income, there are also high population of students in the big cities like Istanbul which also increases the demand for rentals that suit for students.

In conclusion, if you are looking to invest in a property that will bring rental income and high capital gain when it is sold, Istanbul Property is the best choice for you to consider available options.
