Real estate market has always been an important sector for economic structure in both developing and developed countries. In the rise of Turkish Construction Industry, many international leading construction companies and architecture firms started to cooperate with the leading Turkish Corporations to benefit out of transformation and modernization of cities. Although, it is important for a real estate market to attract international corporations to bring their investments into the region, that does not prove the investment value of the market by itself.

Country’s another geographical strength is being surrounded by water; Black Sea in North, Aegean Sea in West, and Mediterranean Sea in South. Also the Marmara Sea connects Black Sea with Aegean Sea through the beauty of the Marmara region. Richness of the nature allows the country to experience four-season joy throughout year.

Another important aspect for Turkey’s development is the young generation and its work power. According to population analysis of Turkey in 2014, estimated population is 81,619,390. Nearly 50 million of the population (%59.7) is between 15-54 years which is very crucial for developed economies. The young generation relocates to developed cities for education and workforce. Youth going towards developed cities is one of the main reason for having high investment value for real estate sector. Combination of these important aspects provides safer and valuable real estate market for investors.
